To Megan:
You're research topic is very interesting. My father had lung cancer, and I think he actually was prescribed medicinal marijuana, well to be honest, I'm not sure if he was prescribed, but I know he was using it when he had cancer. Have you found any local articles about the fight? Perhaps search seattltimes, and see if there are any efforts in our community that people are making to legalize it. A fun fact: When I lived in Colorado on April 20th, people were actually allowed to go to the capitol building and smoke marijuana on the lawn. If you look up articles about that, it is ridiculous. I for one am not fond of the idea of it being legalized, but perhaps you'll research will change minds! (one way or the other)
To Rozlyn,
Were you able to find anything besides the effects it has on soldiers? What about students in high school, or teenagers that are depressed and seeking help? I have a curiousity wondering if poetry has in fact helped with suicidal people, and perhaps giving them hope through literature?
To Kelly: I was really interesdted in your topic because mine was some what similar. Have you thought about looking up certain effects that happen to the baby if the mother was a user. Sometimes it's the secondary effects that hurt the most
To Jayme: I understand that you are a nanny so I can see why this topic is so interesting to you. Have you ever thought about looking up sifferent developmental problems in children besides autism? Maybe signs of different dissabilities will lead to you finding more keywords to search.
